NYFW

Heyyyyy, so, today I’m coming at you with a new post telling you all about my time in one of the most insane city’s in the world, New York!! I saw some amazing things, met some amazing people and went to some incredible shows which i can’t wait to tell you all about.

So landing in JFK, i had no idea what to expect from this vibrant city but let me tell you, it truly does not disappoint. I went to so many cute restaurants, with my absolute fave being the polo bar just off fifth, i went there with my good friend Sofia and had the best time. As well as this i went to the infamous cha cha matcha cafe in Soho, which i can officially tell you sells the most instagrammable drinks eveerrrr.

So, where are my top spots you may ask, so many great places: Top of the rock, Saks and not to forget my fave the MET museum.

….moving onto the shows, i was lucky enough to be able to attend 5 inspiring shows, including sitting front row for one of my favourite designers Badgley Mischka. As well as this i got to attend Anna Sui and see the beautiful Gigi and Bella Hadid strut down the catwalk of Spring studios. I also got to witness the breathtaking designs of San Jung Wan and Angela Mitchell, whilst meeting so many new and close friends along the way!! I would say my general synopsis of the trends would be, I am so obsessed with the vibrant tones that designers were using this FW18 season, there were so many stunning bold colours, red, yellow that were intracatley placed among the unreal patterns and designs that we saw in so many of these stunning shows.

I am so exhausted from all the craziness that new york fashion week brings but i am so excited for the next few days and the thing  that fashion week in london has to bring.
